(p. 192) evaḍu or ఎవ్వడు or ఎవ్వాడు evaḍu. [Tel. (ఏ+వాడు] Pron. Who. Plural ఎవరు, ఎవ్వరు. Who. ఇట్లా యెవ్వరున్ను చేయరు nobody does so. ఎవడేనియు whosoever ఎవడైనా any one. ఎవ్వరి సొమ్ము వారికి ఇమ్ము give each his own money. ఎవ్వరి జీతము వారికి ముట్టి ఉన్నది all of them have received their wages. ఎవరూ లేరు nobody is there.

Lit. he has read seven leaves further than you (in roguery.) ఏడుగురు seven persons. ఏడుమంది. ఏడు ēḍu. [Tel.] n. A year. (plu. ఏండ్లు or ఏడులు or ఏళ్లు) ఏణ్నర్థము (ఏడు+అర్థము) a year and a half. ఏండ్లుపూండ్లు many years. ఏడు ēḍu. [Tel.] pron. Who? ఎవడు.

(p. 197) ēḍupu or ఏడ్పు ēḍupu. [Tel. from ఏడ్చు] n. Weeping, complaint, grievance. Longing, strong desire, or bent of mind. నీయేడుపు నీవు చెప్పు tell your tale yourself. ఎవడి యేడుపు వాడు ఏడుస్తాడు every man knows his own troubles. ఇది వారికి ఒకటే యేడ్పు this is what they have set their hearts on.

More, further, still, else, again, then, so, మరియు, వెండియు. ఇంకను, అనంతరము. మరేమిలేదు there is nothing else, or nothing more. మరేమి what else? what more? నేను మరెప్పుడు వచ్చేది then when shall I come? మరి మంచిది so much the better. మరి వేరేలేదు there is nothing else. మరియొక another. మరియొకటి another thing. మరియొకడు another man. మరిన్ని or మరియును besides, also, moreover. మరియెట్లు in what other way? మరికొన్ని a few more. మరి నాలుగు four more. వాడు ఎవడు who is that man? మరియెవరు లేరు nobody in particular. మరేమి లేదు there is nothing further. ఇది మరీతొందర this is more troublesome. మరిమరి mari-mari. adv. Very much, మిక్కిలి, అత్యంతము. Again and again, more and more, మరియుమరియు.

(p. 1117) vañcu vanṭsu. [Tel. from వంగు.] v. a. To bend, bow down; to make a thing crooked, to make one stoop; to humble, lower, reduce, వంగజేయు, వంగదీయు. తలవంచి hanging down the head. నీళ్లను వంచివేసినాడు he poured the water off. నావేలువంచేవాడు ఎవడు who can bend my finger? i.e., who can lay a finger upon me?
