(p. 222) kaṅkaṇamu kankaṇamu. [Skt.] n. A bracelet or anklet. ముత్యాలు మొదలైనవాని సరము. A consecrated thread bound on the wrist at the commencement of a marriage, &c: చేతికి కట్టుకొను తోపరము. The trellice or running flowered pattern cut in marble round the walls of a temple. కంకణము వంటి దూడ a thriving calf. బద్ధకంకణుడై bound to execute an act. ఆ పనికి కంకణము కట్టుకొన్నాడు he undertook that work or is wedded to it. ధర్మమునకు కంకణముకట్టుకొని యున్నాడు he is bent on doing justice. కంకణాలయూటె a spear girded with rings of silver or other metal. కంకణగ్రహణము kankaṇa-grahaṇamu. n. An annular eclipse.

Great, large, strong, fine, nice, పెద్ద, చక్కని, బలిష్ఠము. తోరంపుపన్నీరు fine rosewater. తోరంపుకోపము great anger. తోరంపుటేరు a full stream. తోరముగా tōramu-gā. adv. Well, properly, aloud.

The front place, ముందుచోటు, ఎదురు, ముందు ముంగల mungala. n. The front, ఎదురు. adv. In front, opposite, before, ఎదురు. ముంగలి mungali. adj. Fronting, opposite, being in front. ఎదుటనుండే. Next, తరువాతి. మీదటి. 'సేనాపతియగునాద్రుపదనందనుండు, ముంగలియై నడపించుచుండ.' M. VI. i. 147. n. One who goes before, ముందునడచువాడు. ముంగలు mun-galu. v. n. Sudden passion, unreasoning anger. ఎందుకును ముందరవచ్చు కోపము, ఓర్పులేక తటాలునవచ్చు కోపము. ముంగోపి mun-gōpi. n. A passionate man or woman, a peevish man or woman, ముందర కోపముచేయువాడు. ముంగోలు mun-gōlu. (ముందు + కోలు.) adj. First, మొదటి. ముంజెయ్యి mun-jeyyi. (ముందు + చెయ్యి .) Same as ముంగేలు. ముంజేతికంకణము a bracelet on the wrist; metaphorically, plain as a bangle on the fore-arm, మిక్కిలి స్పష్టమైనది. ముం౛ూరు mun-ḍzūru. (ముందు + చూరు.) n. The eaves of a house. ఇంటిచూరుచివర.

(p. 1066) ravarava rava-rava. [Tel.] n. A clamour, disturbance, noise. కూత, రచ్చ, ధ్వని. Brightness, dazzling, కాంతివిశేషము. Distress of mind, anxiety, స్పర్థ. Anger, కోపవికారము. The trade of a carpenter. వడ్లవానివృత్తి. వడ్రంగిపని. వడ్రంగిపిట్ట or వడ్లంగిపిట్ట vaḍrangi-piṭṭa. n. A woodpecker. దార్వాఘాటము. వడ్లకంకణము vaḍla-kankaṇamu. n.
