To send, forward, despatch. పంపు సాగనంపు to accompany a friend a little way so as to set him on his journey. పిలవనంపు to send for one. అంపించు. same as అంపు or పంపు to send. అంపుదోడు ampu-dōḍu. n. A companion in a journey. దారికి సహాయముగా వచ్చేమనిషి. వాడు అంపుదోళ్లకు బిడ్డకాన్పులకు తిరుగుతున్నాడు he employs himself as a companion and as a nurse.

(p. 246) kabbamu kabbamu. [Tel.] n. Poetry. An original poem. కాన్యము, ప్రబంధము. కబ్బపు కూరుపరి an author of a poem కావ్యము రచించువాడు, a poet కవి.

(p. 270) kānipiñcu or కాన్పించు kānipinṭsu. [Tel.] v. n. To be visible, to appear. ప్రత్యక్షమగు, కనబడు. v. t. To show. కనబరుచు.

(p. 271) kānuka or కాన్క kānuka. [Tel. from కాను.] n. An offering or courtesy, made in homage to a superior, or to a god. A gift on which the lord is supposed to cast his 'glance.'

(p. 716) parika parika. [Tel.] n. A kind of bird. పక్షి విశేషము. See పరిగె పిట్ట. A kind of stone, ఒకవిధమైన రాయి. Also, a pattern or diagram drawn on the floor with lines of flour or coloured powder. ముగ్గులు. పరికలువేయు, అనగా ముగ్గులుపెట్టు. 'చ తిరుమల కంచి పుష్ఫగిరి తీర్థములం ౛ని కొంగుములఠ్లతో, నరములు దంపతుల్ వడయ వారక కాన్కలు వైచి యంతటన్, బరికలు దృష్టిదీపములలు పన్నిన గద్దెలు బెట్టి యేమిటన్, గరమగు పుత్రవాంచ కడ గానగలేక విచారభిన్నులై.' (p. 1053) yamakamu yamakamu. [Skt.] n. A pair, a brace, వస్తుద్వయము. Twins, కలవారు. A kind of a figure of speech in Sanskrit. A kind of alliteration. ఏకాన్వయశ్లోకద్వయము.

(p. 1255) śuṣkamu ṣushkamu. [Skt.] adj. Dry, dried. ఎండిన. Mere, groundless, causeless, unprofitable. వట్టి, కేవలము. శుష్కాన్నము dry bread. శుష్కోపచారములు empty flattery, mere compliments. శుష్కదరిద్రుడు one who is utterly poor, a mere beggar. శుష్కవైరము groundless enmity, mere spite. శుష్కరోదనము mere weeping. శుష్కోపవాసము entire fasting. శుష్కించు ṣushkinṭsu. v. n.
