Talebearing, backbiting చాడీలు చెప్పుట, కొండెములు చెప్పుడ, కొండెకానితనము Miserliness పైశున్యము. ఒరుదలకాడు orudala-kāḍu. n. A wretch: a miser పిశునుడు. A. iv. 167. A talebearer. A backbiter, a slanderer, a tell-tale, కొండెకాడు. 'మొదలన యొరుదలకానిం జెదరంగానాడకాత్మ జింతింపుపదిం బదిగమృషయేని మరివిడు మదముస్తుగజేయకుండు మొక్క మతమునన్.' A. iv. 267.

(p. 315) koṇḍemu or కొండియము konḍemu: [Tel.] n. Slander, a slanderous tale, backbiting, a calumny. చాడీ. కొండెకాడు or కొండియుడు or కొండీడు konḍe-kāḍu. n. A slanderer, a talebearer. కొండెముచెప్పే వాడు. కొండెకత్తె konḍe-katte. n. A woman that slanders. కొండెతనము konḍe-tanamu. n. Blackbiting, slanderous behaviour. 'అద్దిరభక్తుని యరగొండెతనము.' BD. v. 207.

A flute. ముక్కుకోవి a nostril. గొంతుకోవి the gullet, పుట్టకోవులు the openings or mouths of a white ant hill. కోవిపుండు a sinus or opening in a boil: a corn on the foot. కపురంపుకోవులు pastiles of camphor. తేనె కోవి a honey comb. కోవులు round tiles used in roofs, which are truncated and bisected cones. కొండెములక్రోవి a mere pack of lies.

(p. 340) kṣudramu kshudramu. [Skt.] adj. Small, little, insignificant, mean, base, sordid. Petty, low, vulgar. సూక్ష్మమైన, అల్పమైన, తుచ్ఛమైన. క్షుద్రవిద్య an inferior art. క్షుద్రోపద్రవములు petty troubles. క్షుద్రము n. Slander, a tale, calumny. కొండెము. క్షుద్రములుచెప్పు or క్షుద్రాలుచెప్పు to tell tales నామీద క్షుద్రములుచేయుచున్నాడు he is plotting against me. క్షుద్రుడు kshudruḍu. n. A mean wretch. అల్పుడు.
