(p. 1217) vē vē. [Tel.] pron. Same as వేయి. (q. v.) adj. Thousand, సహస్రము. Many, అనేకము. వేమారులు many times. adv. Quickly , speedily, శీఘ్రముగా. 'దేవాన్వితంబైన హర్మ్యంబువేసొచ్చి.' G. ii. 80. 'రథమువేకొని పొమ్ము.' DRAyo. 127. 'వినినపఠించిన వేవిధముల.' M. XV. ii. 143. వేగంటి or వేగన్నులసామి vē-ganṭi. n. Lit. the thousand-eyed; a name of Indra. ఇంద్రుడు. 'దీనిగనుగొన్న వేగంటి దేవరకును, వెచ్చనిట్టూర్పు పుక్కిట వెడలకున్నె.' R. vii. 112. వేచుంగులపాగ vē-ṭsungula-pāga. (వేచుంగులు+పాగ.) n. The serpent called శేషుడు.
