(p. 165) uppiḍi uppiḍi. [Tel. from ఉప్పు+ఇడి] adj. Saltless, unsalted. ఉప్పు లేని. ఉప్పిడిచప్పిడి మాటలు nonsense. ఉప్పిడి చప్పిడి good or bad. ఉప్పిడి చప్పిడి లేని కూడు dry bread: lit. a mess without any flavour.

(p. 218) ōra ōra. [Tel.] n. The side, border, edge. అంచు. A whole day and night అహోరాత్రము. ఒక ఓరను ఉంటిమి we stood on one side. ఓరగా sidelong, sideways. తలుపోరగా చేసెor ఓరవాకిలి చేసినది she opened the door a little, or, set it a jar. ఓరబోయి becoming crooked వంకరపోయి. BD. vi. ఓరచూపు ōra-ṭsūpu. n. A sidelong glance. బెళుకుటోర యొయారపు చూపు leeringly. ఓరంతపొద్దు ōranta-poddu. (ఓర+అంత+ప్రొద్దు) the livelong day, all day long, దినమంతయు, ఆసాయము. Also, a little రవంత, ఇసుమంత. 'ఉప్పులేకుండన నోరంతప్రొద్దు చప్పిడితాగిన సాగునే కాళ్లు? రాలేకొదుగబడి రాకయున్నాడు.' Pal. 316.

(p. 442) cappa or చప్పని ṭsappa. [Tel.] adj. Vapid, tasteless, insipid. రసహీనము. చప్పనిభూమి barren land. చప్పనినీళ్లు insipid water. చప్పబడ్డ inactive, passive, spiritless. చప్పనిపథ్యము a plain diet ఆ యుద్ధము చప్పచల్లారినది the battle is entirely calmed down. చప్పగా ṭsappa-gā. adv. Insipidly. చప్పగానుండే tasteless, unattractive. చప్పసొర్ర ṭsappa-sorra. n. A kind of fish Zygæna blochii (F.B.I.) చప్పదనము or చప్పన ṭsappa-danamu. n. Insipidity. చప్పిడి ṭsappiḍi. adj. Flat, not projecting: insipid: void of any taste. చప్పిడిముక్కు a flat pug nose. చప్పిడి పిరుదులచిన్నది a thin-flanked girl.
