(p. 104) asthiramu a-sthiramu. [Skt.] adj. Transient, perishable, unstable. అశాశ్వతము. అస్థిరత a-sthirata. n. Unsteadiness, instability. చాంచల్యము, నిలుకడలేమి.

(p. 407) cāñcalyamu chānchalyamu. [from Skt. చంచలము.] n. Agitation, instability, mutability. చపలత్వము. కాలచాంచల్యమువల్ల by the lapse of time: as the world is so transitory, or fleeting. చిత్తచాంచల్యము aberration of the intellect.

(p. 414) cittamu chittamu. [Skt.] n. The mind or intellect; the heart, considered as the seat of intellect: inclination, will, pleasure. మీచిత్తము (or simply చిత్తము) your pleasure! as you please! yes, sir! చిత్తానకు తేవలెను be so good as to consider this. ప్రవేశము చిత్తగించలవెను pray acknowledge the receipt of this letter. చిత్తానుసారముగా according to one's own pleasure or as one see fit. చిత్తగించు chitta-ginṭsu. v. a. To listen, grant attention keep or retain in mind, attend to, mind, note, observe, remark, examine, investigate. మనస్కరించు. To think, తలచు; to hear a prayer, to consider యోచించు. At the close of a letter the words చిత్తగించవలెను. 'Please to consider this' are equivalent to the phrase ('I remain, &c') అట్లు చిత్తగించినాడు he came to this decision (used of a superior.) చిత్తగించవలెను I beg you to or, do me the favor to. చిత్తచాంచల్యము chitta-chānchalyamu. n. Aberration of the intellect. Insanity. చిత్తచాంచల్యము chitta-vṛitti. n. Temper, wish, inclination, disposition. Will, pleasure, determination. చిత్రుడు and చిత్తురాలు chittuḍu. adj. Minded. This is used in compound phrases, thus: సంతోషచిత్తుడు a cheerful man. క్రూరచిత్తులై cruel-hearted. శాంతచిత్తుడు a gentle character.

(p. 899) berayu berayu. [Tel.] v. n. To be or exist. ఉండు, వెలయు, కలుగు. To spread, వ్యాపించు. To unite, చేరు. To be pleased, సంతోషించు. To be wet, తడియు. To be touched, contaminated, affected. పొందు. 'మాయనుచెరసాలమనుసనుగొలుసు భేదమనెడు బొండబెరసియుండు.' Vēma. i. 171. 'అంధతమసరాసులుబెరసెన్.' Swa. iii. 24. టీ కారుచీకటిగుంపులు ఆవరించెను. 'కనుదోయిరెప్పలలలనకుమిగులజంచలతబెరసె.' ib. iii. 125. టీ చంచలతబెరసె, చాంచల్యమును పొందెను. బెరయించు berayinṭsu. v. a. To dip, to wet. 'మందరధరుండు తమునందరగృపాంబునిధి యందు బెరయించెనని డెందములనత్యానంద రసపూరములజెందగ.' Vish. i. 173. కృపంబునిధి యందు బెరయించె, అనగా కరుణాసముద్రములో ముంచెను.

(p. 1114) lōla lōla. [Skt.] n. A crone, beldame, wretch. లోల or లోలము lōla. adj. Trembling, wavering moving, shaking, tremulous, unsteady. చంచలము, కదులునట్టి. Wishing very much, desiring greatly, greedy. ఆశగల, మిక్కిలి ఇచ్ఛగల. లోలత్వము or లౌల్యము lōlatvamu. n. Wish, desire. తృష్ణ, ఆశ. Shaking, moving, చాంచల్యము. 'వివేకికేక జనియించున్ లౌల్యమిందున్.' A. iii. 68. 'టీ లౌల్యము, తృష్ణ. 'మెల్లన నడవందొడంగు ఘనలౌల్యపు చూపుల చూచు.' H. ii. 113. లోలలోచన or లోలాక్షి lōla-lōchana. n. A girl with roll ing eyes or a swimming glance, చంచలాక్షి, లోలుడు lōluḍu. n. One who loves, is devoted to, is enamoured of. చంచలుడు, ఆసక్తుడు. లోలుపము lōlupamu. adj. Covetous, cupidinous. ఆసక్తిగల.
