(p. 111) āḍambaramu āḍambaramu. [Skt.] n. Pomp, grandeur. Vain display: abortive arrogance. The onset of battle: the charge; the sound of trumpets. యుద్ధవాద్యధ్వని. మేఘాడంబరము the display of clouds. ఆ యింట్లో ఏమో ఆడంబరము గానున్నది there is some stir in that house.

(p. 491) ḍambamu డంబరము or డంబు ḍambamu. [Tel.] n. Grandeur, ostenation, gorgeousness. స్థితికిమించినవేషము. Fame. ప్రతిష్ఠ. Splendour, brilliancy. ప్ర కాశము. Pride గర్వము. Hypocrisy, cunning. కపటము. Manner. గర్వము. adj. Much, great. అధికము.

Thunder, ఉరుము. మేఘనాదుడు mēgha-nāduḍu. n. The son of Rāvaṇa ఇంద్రజిత్తు. Also, Varuṇa, వరుణుడు. మేఘపుష్పము mēgha-pushpamu. n. The flower of clouds, i.e., water, or drizzle, ఉదకము, తూర. మేఘవన్నె mēgha-vanne. n. A sort of silk. 'మేఘవన్నెయు, రుద్రాక్ష వన్నెయు, కాంభోజి పులిగోరుపట్టును.'
