(p. 504) tatparuḍu tat-paruḍu. [Skt.] n. One who is diligent, intent, heedful, assiduous, or bent upon doing anything. ఆశగలవాడు. తత్పరము tat-paramu. adj. Diligent. తత్పరత or తత్పరత్వము tatparata. n. Inclination, bent, devotedness, diligence.

(p. 521) tātparyamu tātparyamu. [Skt. from తత్పరి.] n. Intention, import, purport, meaning, drift Thought, idea, view, design, purpose, inclination. An object, scheme, plan. అభిప్రాయము. (See on తత్పరుడు.) నా తాత్పర్య మేమంటే what I mean is. తాత్పర్యుడు tātparyuḍu. n. He who holds an opinion. ఇందువల్ల సంభవించినదని తాత్పర్యులై ఉన్నారు they are of opinion that this is the cause of it.

(p. 712) parata parata. [Skt.] n. Addictedness, devotedness to, love for. తత్పరత tat-parata. n. Eagerness, devotedness. ఆసక్తి. 'పర్ణశాలావాస పరతనొంది.' M. XIV. ii. 185.

(p. 715) parāyaṇamu parāyaṇamu. [Skt.] n. A prop, support, ప్రాపు. Devotion, addiction to. తత్పరత, ఆశ్రయము. adj. Eager, devoted to, అబీష్టము. పరాయణుడు parāya-ṇuḍu. n. An aspirant to, one devoted to, a candidate. ఆసక్తికలవాడు. జల్పపరాయణుడు one addicted to chattering 'బోగైక పరాయణల్.' M. IV. iii. 33.

(p. 838) pravaṇamu pravaṇamu. [Skt.] adj. Bent. bowed. వంగిన. Attached to, adhering to, తత్పరతగల, ఆసక్తిగల.

(p. 876) bāti or బ్రాతి bāti. [Tel.] n. Likeness. resemblance. A great matter or affair. Greatness, గొప్ప విశేషము. 'పాండునందనుల దుర్దనుభంగియెరింగి ధర్మతత్పరులకు గెల్పు బాతిహరి భక్తులపొందవె భూరిసంపదల్.' M. IX. i. 335. 'ధనమేమి బాతవాకది.' Jag. ii. 31. 'మానముకన్నం గన్నబ్రాణమేమిబాతగు.' Ila. iv. 124.
