(p. 547) teccu teṭsṭsu. [Tel. √ తె to bring to give.] v. a. To get, to bring. తీసుకొనివచ్చు. To produce. To adduce as an instance. To understand or imply (a word not expressed in a sentence.) To bring about or cause. చిత్తానకుతెచ్చు to observe or heed, to lay to heart. హరింపులోకితెచ్చు, i.e., హరించు to embezzle. అనుభవములోకి తెచ్చు, i.e., అనుభవించు t enjoy. ప్రసంగమునకుతెచ్చు to introduce or bring up a subject. వన్నెతెచ్చు to give (or produce) a colour. ముస్తెచ్చు to bring forward. పనికితెచ్చు to use or put (a thing) to use. దోవకుతెచ్చు to bring one into the way, to reform one. తెమ్ము (imperative) bring. తెచ్చుకొను teṭsṭsu-konu. v. n. To obtain or procure. To earn. కిన్కతెచ్చుకొను to feign or put on anger, to put oneself into passion. బుద్ధితెచ్చుకొను to recover one's senses: to form a good resolution. మనసుకు తెచ్చుకొను to bring to mind, to lay to heart, to understand, to recollect. తెప్పించు teppinṭsu. v. a. To procure. To senf for. To get, obtain, provide.

(p. 729) pasanu pasanu. [Tel.] n. Crimson or orange colour. ఎరుపుమించిన పసుపు వన్నె. పనసుగా pasanu-gā. adv. Well, properly, duly. చక్కగా, బాగుగా. 'పసనుగా నిర్మంచె పట్టణం బొకటి.' DRB. 250. 'మసలక తెప్పించి మందు పోయించి, పసనుగా నొసరింపు ప్రాణదానంబు, ననుచుదైన్యముదోప.' HD. ii. 1918.

'అచ్చటం గ్రుచ్చికానరాకుండ మునుమున్ను మృగయుండు బిసయొడ్డిసంఘటించిన కాలి బోనులంబడి.' (p. 1255) śuddhamu ṣuddhamu. [Skt.] adj. White, తెల్లని. Pure, clean, stainless, పవిత్రమైన, నిర్దోషమైన. Unmixed, unadulterated; entire, complete. Total, downright, absolute, mere. పరిష్కృతమైన. శుద్ధసంస్కృతము pure Sanskrit. శుద్ధప్రతి a faultless or true copy. శుద్ధఅబద్ధము an utter falsehood. శుద్ధలోభి a perfect miser. In music it means devoid of variations: as శుద్ధకాంభోజి the melody or theme of the Kāmbōdi air. శుద్ధక్రయము absolute sale. శుద్ధక్రయశాసనము a written instrument of absolute sale. n. Whiteness, తెలుపు. The bright lunar fortnight. శుద్ధపంచమి the fifth day of the bright lunar fortnight. శుద్ధముగా ṣuddkamu-gā. adv. Wholly, entirely, completely, uttterly. బొత్తిగా, యావత్తు శుద్దాంతము ṣuddh-āntamu. n. A harem or seraglio; the private or women's apartments in a palace. అంతఃపురము The King's wife or concubine అంతఃపురరస్త్రీ. శుద్ధి ṣud-dhi. n. Purity, cleanness, purification, పవిత్రత, నిర్మలత్వము. వాక్శుద్ధి purity of speech. హస్తకుద్ధి successful practice, as that of a skillful physician అత్మశుద్ధి or భావశుద్ధి spiritual purity, cleanness of heart. చింతమల్లెలు తెప్పించి అతనికి దేహశుద్ధి చేయించినారు they got a cane and purified his body, i.e., gave him a thrashing. శుద్ధీకరింపు ṣuddhī-karimpu. n. Cleansing, correction, emendation. పవిత్రీకరణము. శుద్ధుడు ṣud-dhuḍu. n. A pure or holy man.
