(p. 71) abhivandanamu abhi-vandanamu. [Skt.] n. Sanitation, prostration. నమస్కారము,దండము, మ్రొక్కు. అభివాదనము abhivādanamu. [Skt.] n. Salutation, prostration, reverence. ప్రణామము, నమస్కారము గోత్ర నామములు చెప్పి పాదములు తాకునట్లు , అభివాదకుడు one who salutes by falling at one's feet.

(p. 923) bhinnamu bhinnamu. [Skt. from భిత్, భేద్, to cut.] adj. Separated, divided. Broken, maimed (as a statue.) distinct, separate. లింగము భిన్నమైనది the image was broken. Blown, opened. Other, different. భిన్న గృహములు separate houses. భిన్ననామములు separate names. భిన్నముగా dis tinctly, separately. భిన్నోదరులు step-brothers, children by different, mothers, as opposed to ఏకోదరులు or సోదరులు children by the same mother. భిన్ని bhinni. n. A wound. గాయము.

(p. 1316) sahasramu sahasramu. [Skt.] n. A thousand. వెయ్యి. Also, indefinitely used for many, or any great number, అనేకము. అహస్రదంష్ట్రము sahasra-damshṭramu. n. A thousand-toothed animal, i.e., a whale. వేయికోరలుగలచేప, పా ఠీనము. సహస్ర నామములు sahasra-nāmamulu. n. A thousand names. సహస్రనామపూజ. a hymn wherein a god is addressed by all his titles. సహస్రపత్రము sahasrapatramu. n. A lotus. కమలము. సహస్రపాదుడు or సహస్రాంశువు sahasrapāduḍu. n. Lit. the thousandrayed, i.e., the sun. సూర్యుడు. సహస్రాక్షుడు sahasr-ākshuḍu n. Lit. the thousand eyed; an epithet of Indra. ఇంద్రుడు.
