(p. 673) nūne or నూనియ nūṇe. [Tel. నూవు+నెయ్యి.] n. Oil. మంచినూనె sesamum oil, or gingelly oil, తైలము. నెమలినూనె the melted fat of peacocks used in medicine. నూనె కట్లపాము nūne-kaṭla-pāmu. n. A small venomous snake 'barred with black.' నూనెబుడ్డి nūne-buḍḍi. n. An oil bottle. నూనె బుడ్డిగాడు nūne-buḍḍi-gāḍu. n. The Indian Redstart, Ruticilla rufiventris (F.B.I.) నూనెమడి nūne-muḍi. n. A joint. కీలుగంటు. నూనెఅగిసె the black linseed plant.

(p. 723) parvamu parvamu. [Skt.] n. A knot, a joint in a cane or body. గణుపు. A feast or annual festival at a certain division of the year. A name given to certain days in the lunar month, as the full and change of the moon, and the 8th and 14th of each half month, పండుగ. పంచపర్వములు the five holidays in a month, i.e., అష్టమి, చతుర్దశి, కునూవు, పూర్ణిమ, రవిసంక్రాంతి. పంచపర్వోత్సవము is a feast celebrated in one of these holidays. A sub-division of a book. The Mahābhārata is divided into eighteen (Purvamulu) books. నెత్రపర్వము a joyful sight, a feast for the eyes. పర్వసంధి parva-sandhi. n. The time that divides a new or full moon and the next day.

(p. 1182) vibhramamu vi-bhramamu. [Skt.] n. Turning round, whirling. An error, mistake; doubt, misapprehension, భ్రాంతి, సంశయము. Female dalliance, love, beauty. విశోభ, అలంకారము, విలాసము. 'తనూవిభ్రమంబు.' T. iii. 41. 'అహల్యావిలాసవిభ్రమంబులకుందవిలి.' N. vii. 86. టీ విలాసవిభ్రమంబులు, శృంగారచేష్టలు. A particular feat or gesture in dancing. అభినయభేదము. విభ్రాంతి vi-bhrānti. n. Error, confusion, hurry, flurry, precipitation. భ్రమము, ఆతురము. 'అంతోషవిభ్రాంతిన్.' Vedanta Ras. ii. 131. టీ సంతోషమువల్ల కలిగిన తొందరపాటుచేతను.
