(p. 753) piccaliñcu piṭsṭsalinṭsu. [Tel.] v. n. To be in a stir, to be afraid, భయపడు, తల్లడపడు. To be proud, అతిశయించు. To sprout, to emanate, అంకురించు, పొటమరించు. 'చలంబుననెచ్చరిక పిచ్చలింప వ్రచ్చుచు.' R. v. 194. v. a. To talk or converse about, to praise, admire, ప్రశంసించు.

(p. 764) puṭapuṭa puṭa-puṭa. [Tel. anuk.] n. The noise caused by fast running, గునగున. 'చిటిపొటిసొమ్ములు పెట్టుక పుటపుటగా వీధి వెంట పొరిగిండ్లబడిన్.' H. v. 25. పుటపుటన puṭa-puṭana. n. The act of breaking forth. పొటమరించడము. adj. Much అధికము. అతిశయము. Grand, fine. ప్రవృద్ధము. 'కొంతెరు కనగుమదము పుటపుటన.' A. i. 34. 'కంకణంబుల రత్నంపుదళుకులు చెదరనుంకించివైచు చేమంతి బంతులం బుటబుటనై.' Swa. iii. 47.

(p. 803) poṭamariñcu, poṭamarillu or పొటమరిలు poṭamarinṭsu. v. n. To rise to swell up, as a young shoot or a boil, బొబ్బ, చిగురులోనగునవిపుట్టు.

(p. 1108) lēcu lēṭsu. [Tel.] v. n. To rise, get up, arise. ఉత్థితమగు, పొటమరించు, రేగు. To rise from sleep, నిద్రలేచు, మేలుకొను. లేచివస్తిని I came away. గజ్జిలేచినది the itch appeared. లేచిపోవు lēchi-pōvu. v. n. To depart, go away. వెళ్లు. లేచిపో be gone! get off! వాడు లేచిపోయినాడు he walked off. లేవ lēva. Infinitive of లేచు, వానిని లేవనెత్తినాను. I lifted him up. లేవగొట్టించు lēva-goṭṭinṭsu. v. a. To expel. వారిని ఆ యింటిలోనుంచి లేవగొట్టించినారు he got them turned out of the house. లేవనెత్తు or లేవదీయు lēva-n-ettu. v. a. To lift up, pull out; to turn out; to expel, బయటికీడ్చి విడిచిపెట్టు, వెళ్లగొట్టు, వాణ్ని లేవనెత్తు help the man up.

(p. 1356) sona sona. [Tel.] n. Juice that exudes from plants, the acrid juice or milk of some plants, స్వవించునది, చెట్టు కాయకోసినప్పుడు వచ్చేరసము. జీడి. A stream of such juice, ఊటకాలువ. The white of an egg, గుడ్డులోని గి౛ురు. The hairy covering of a fruit, &c.' సొనదేరిపొటమరించినెరవాసిన యట్టి.' Swa. vi. 31.
