(p. 449) cuṭṭamu ṭsuṭṭamu. [Tel. from చుట్టు.] n. Kin, kindred. బంధుత్వము a relation, a kinsman or kinswoman బంధువు. చుట్టపక్కములు kindred, kith and kin--here పక్కము has no meaning. A proverb says. తలచుట్టము తోకపగ I like the head but hate the tail, i.e., I avow one kinsman and disavow another. చుట్టరికము ṭsuṭṭa-rikamu. n. Kinship, relationship.

(p. 861) bandhuvu or బంధుడు bandhuvu. n. A kinsman or relation. Particularly used for more distand kinsfolk. A. v. 90. కులబంధువు a fellow casteman. బంధుజీవకము or బంధుజీవము bandhu-jīvakamu. n. The flower termed Pentapetes phœnicea. Rox. i. 376. మంకెన, పీతసారకము. బంధుత bandhu-ta. n. A family party: kinsfold, a circle of relations, బంధుసమూహము. బంధుత్వము bandhu tvamu. n. Relationship, affinity, consanguinity. బంథూకము bandhū-kamu. n. A certain red flower to which beautiful lips are compared, మంకెనపువ్వు, వేగిస.

(p. 1159) vāvi vāvi. [Tel.] n. Legality, lawfulness, consanguinity, legitimacy. వరుస. Relationship, బంధుత్వము. 'వాని జెల్లెలుకాని కూతురువంటిది.' భాగ. X. వావితప్పు to commit incest.ఇది వావికాదు this is not right, i.e., this is incest. ఆ పడుచును పెండ్లాడడము వావికాదు it is unlawful for him, to marry that girl.
