Intelligence, intellect, understanding, mind, judgement, sense, wisdom, intention, inclination. judgement, advice. ఇప్పుడు బుద్ధివచ్చినది I have been taught a lesson, I am convinced of my fault. పడుచుబుద్ధి a childish whim or notion. బుద్ధిపుట్టించు to suggest an idea. బుద్ధి ఉదయించినది the thought occurred. ఇది నీకు బుద్ధికాదు it is not wise on you part to do so. బుద్ధి (like చిత్తము) is a colloquial reply, equivalent to 'as you please.'బుద్ధిచెప్పు buddhi-cheppu. v. a. To admonish, exhort, advise. To reprimand or chastise. నాకు ఏమి బుద్ధి చెప్పుతారు what would you advise me to do? కొమారునికి బుద్ధిచెప్పినాడు he reprimanded his son. బుద్ధిపూర్వకముగా intentionally, on purpose, advisedly. నేను బుద్ధియెరిగిననాటనుండి as long as I can recollect. బుద్ధియెరిగిన తర్వాత after he grew to be a man. బుద్ధితెచ్చుకొను buddhi-teṭsṭsu-konu. v. n. (p. 1253) śiṣṭamu ṣihṭamu. [Skt.] adj. Disciplined, trained. శిక్షింపబడిన, ఆజ్ఞాపింపబడిన. Obedient, docile, విధేయతగల, శాంతమైన. సుబుద్ధిగల. Principal, eminent, ప్రధానమైన. 'సృష్టిబుట్టినయట్టి శిష్టజీవులకు.' L. i. 45. శిష్టాచారము ṣishṭ-āchāramu. n. A rule an established line of conduct. తెలిసిన పెద్దలనడవడి, సాధువ్యవహారము. శిష్టి ṣishṭi. n. An order, command. ఆజ్ఞ. శిష్టుడు ṣishṭuḍu. n. One who follows traditional custom; a pious, holy, righteous, good or honest man. సాధువు, సద్వ్యవహారవంతుడు, సదాచారసంపన్నుడు, సజ్జనుడు.
