(p. 506) tadrūpamu tad-rūpamu. [Skt. తత్+రూపము.] Lit. That (very) form. adv. exactly, as it was. ఆ పటమును తద్రూపముగా వ్రాసినాడు he drew the portrait to the life.

(p. 1017) mūrti mūrti. [Skt.] n. The body, శరీరము. A figure, form, body in general, or any definite shape, or image. ప్రతిమ. Matter, substance, a divine hypostasis or person. త్రిమూర్తులు the Hindu Triad, i.e., Brahma, Vishnu, and Siva. కృష్ణముర్తి the god Krishna, or an image of Krishna. అతడు న్యాయముర్తి he is justice in human form. వాడు భీకరమూర్తి he is an absolute fright or horrible figure. వాడు సౌందర్య మూర్తియైయుండెను he was beauty personified. వాడు పాపమూర్తి he was all sin. మూర్తివంతుడు mūrti-mantuḍu. n. One who has bodily form. శరీరి. మూర్తిమత్ mūrti-mat. adj. Material, corporeal, substantial, soild, having shape. మూర్తీకరించు mūrti-karinṭsu. v. n. To assume a visible form, శరీరియగు. మూర్తము mūrtamu. adj. Solid, material, endowed with form or shape. స్వరూపముగల, కఠినమైన.

(p. 1039) moddu moddu. [Tel. from మోడు.] n. A block, stump, pollard, lump, mass. స్థాణువు, మోడు. A blockhead. జడుడు, జడురాలు. 'వెర్రిమొద్దుకేల వేదశాస్త్రంబులు.' Vēma. 1073. ఎద్దుమొద్దు స్వరూపముగానుండేవాడు a mere brute, a blockhead. adj. Blunt, not sharp, పదునులేని. Stout, thick, లావైన. మొద్దుపెదవులు thick lips. (p. 1083) rūpakamu rūpakamu. [Skt.] n. An allegory, a parable. A metaphor. Also, same as రూపము, రూపము rūpamu. Figure, form, shape, appearance, semblance, ఆకారము. Nature, స్వభావము. Beauty, సౌందర్యము. నిజరూపము, ఉన్నరూపము or కలరూపము the real form the fact, the very truth, reality. అర్థరూపము and పూర్ణరూపము are terms in statuary for the profile and front figure. మారురూపము metamorphosis, another shape, a disguise. రూపకముగా or రూపముగా rūpakamu-gā. adv. In the shape of. రొక్క రూపకముగా చెల్లించినాడా సరుకురూపకముగా చెల్లించినాడా? did he pay it in money or in kind? రూపకమైన rūpakam-aina. adj. (p. 1163) vikaṭamu vikaṭamu. [Skt.] adj. large, great, విస్తీర్ణమైన, గొప్ప, విరళమైన. Very crooked, మిక్కిలివంకరైన. Horrible, frightful. Changed in form or appearance. Reverse, contrary. విరుద్ధరూపముగల, విరుద్ధమైన. 'భామనీయధరాధరప్రవాశము వాని వికటదంతములకర్పించదగునె.' S. i. 52. వికటకవి vikata-kavi. n. A jester, a buffoon. ఏదాడంటే కోదాడనేవాడు, వికటముగా మాటాటునాడు, మాస్యకడు. వికటించు vikaṭinṭsu. v. n. To contradict. To disagree with the health. విరుద్ధమగు. గిట్టకపోవు. (p. 1164) vikāramu vikāramu. [Skt.] n. A change of form, nature or quality, alteration; a transition from the quiescent state of the mind. Disease, sickness. Oddness, queerness, ugliness. తిరస్కారము, ప్రకృత్వన్యధాభావము, మారురూపమునొందుట, రోగము. 'లోనుబదిలిపరచి లోకవికారంబుతరిగివేయువాడు.' Vema. 2056. వికారములు strange doings or tricks వికృతములైనచేష్టలు. వికారము adj. Ugly, unnatural, odd, queer. విరూపమైన, కరూపమైన, వింతైన. వికరారముగా vikāramu-gā. adv. Oddly, queerly, unnaturally. విరూపముగా, కురూపముగా. నాకు ఒళ్లు వికారముగానున్నది I am ailing a little. కడుపులలో వికారముగానున్నది I feel nausea. వికారించు vikārinṭsu. v. n. To disagree with the health: to ail. ఒంటికి గిట్టక (or పడక) పోవు. వికారి vikāri. n. The name of a Telugu year.
