The Universe.గుడ్డు, వృషణము, ప్రపంచము. అండాకర్షణము castration. అండాకారముగా having the shape of an egg, elliptical. అండాకృతి an ellipsis. అండవాయువు anḍa-vāyuvu. [Skt.] n. The disease orchitis (swelled testicle.) బుడ్డ అండవృద్ధి anḍa-vriddhi. [Skt.] n. The enlargement of the scrotum, hydrocele.

(p. 13) antramu antramu. [Skt.] n. An entrail, a gut. పేగు. అంత్రవృద్ధి inguinal hernia, rupture. అంత్రమాలిక a garland of guts, a necklace of sausages.

(p. 71) abhivṛddhi abhi-vriddhi. [Skt.] n. Increase, improvement, progress, augmentation. పెంపు. వంశాభివృద్ధి, కులాభివృద్ధి increase of a family. అభివృద్ధిచేయు v. a. To increase, swell, improve, augment పెంచు, అధికము చేయు, అభివృద్ధియగు v. n. To increase, prosper. అక్షయమగు, పెరుగు.

(p. 73) abhyudayamu abhy-udayamu. [Skt.] n. Welfare, happiness, prosperity. మంగళము, శుభము, అభ్యుదయపరంపరాభివృద్ధిగా so that his prosperity may ever increase.

(p. 109) āgubbatillu or అగుబ్బుకొను āgubbatillu. [Tel.] n. To increase. అతిశయించు, వృద్ధిపొందు to be overjoyed. Swa. ii. See. తుబ్బతిల్లు. ఆగుబ్బు āgubbu. [Tel.] n. Greatness, vastness. ఆగుబ్బాగుబ్బైనకూత with a waxing and still swelling shriek. ఆగుబ్బుగా āgubbu-gā adv. All at once, heavily, in a thick shower, bitterly (weeping) భోరున.

(p. 162) upabṛṃhaṇamu upa-bṛimhaṇamu. [Skt.] n. Increase, prosperity. చక్కగా పెరుగుట, వృద్ధి.

(p. 183) egudala egudala. [Tel.] n. The upper portion, increase. పయిభాగము, వృద్ధి.

(p. 195) ēkōttaramu ēkōttaramu. [Skt. ఏక+ఉత్తరము] adj. More by one, increased by an unit 'ఆకాశాదిభూతంబు లేకోత్తరగుణంబులైయుండు.' Padma Puran. VI. 15. the five elements, ether, wind, fire, water, and earth have each one attribute (or quality) more than the one next named. Earth has five qualities as weight, taste, extension, &c., water has only four, fire has only three, &c. Thus each class is more by one than the next. ఏకోత్తరవృద్ధి the addition of one: increase by one unit: one more. ఏకోత్తరదశము one hundred and one.

(p. 198) ēdha ē-dha. [Skt.] n. Increase of wealth and of other things. Fulness, full growth. అధిక వృద్ధి. సంపూర్ణవృద్ధి. A. iv. 20. ఏధస్సు or ఏధము ē-dhassu. n. Fuel. వంటచెరుకు. ఏధితము ēdhitamu. adj. Improved, grown. అభివృద్ధి చేయబడిన.
