(p. 555) taikku taikku. [Tel.] n. An interjection in games like play! bang! తైక్కుమని fleetingly. ఇదిఊరక రెండునాళ్లకు తైక్కుమని పోయేది గాని శాశ్వతముగా నిలిచేదికాదు this is a thing that vanishes in a couple of days, it has no permanence.

(p. 830) pratiṣṭha pratishṭha. [Skt.] n. Staying, standing, నిలుపుట. స్థితి. Fame, celebrity. కీర్తి. Consceration, dedication. స్తంభప్రతిష్ఠ setting up a pillar as a preliminary to a wedding, &c. దేవాలయప్రతిష్ఠచేయు to consecrate a temple. ప్రతిష్ఠించు pratishṭhinṭsu. v. a. To establish permanently or firmly, to dedicate, శాశ్వతముగా నిలుపు, స్థాపించు. 'యౌవరాజ్య పట్టంబునకు నంగదుంబ్రతిష్ఠించి.' R. v. 326. ప్రతిష్ఠితము pratishṭhitamu. adj. Firmly or permanently established, dedicated.

(p. 1367) sthāvaramu sthāvaramu. [Skt.] adj. Fixed, stationary, firm, stable, immovable. స్థాయిగానుండే, ఉన్చచోటనుండి అవతలికి కదలని. స్థిరమైన. అచలమైన. n. Immovable property such as land, houses, &c. a fixed place of abode. తోట దొడ్డి యిల్లు వాకిలి మొదలైన కదలినసొత్తు. స్థావరజంగములుగానుండే సొత్తులు property which is partly immovable and partly movable. స్థావరముగా sthāvaramu-g&amacr. adv. Permanently. శాశ్వతముగా. నిలుకడగా. వారక్కడ స్థావరముగానున్నారు they have settled there permanently. స్థావరము లేర్పరుచుకొను to have fixed abodes.
