(p. 1253) śiṣyuḍu ṣishyuḍu. [Skt.] n. A disciple, pupil, scholar. విద్యాభ్యాసముచేయువాడు. శిష్యార్జన the fees given to a spiritual guide. గురుశష్యన్యాయము the proper behaviour of a disciple towards his master, docility. ఆయనకు శిష్యసంపత్తికలదు he has many followers. శిష్యసంచారము a tour among one's pupils, a journey through the villages where one's disciples live.

(p. 1273) sañcariñcu sān-charinṭsu. [Skt.] v. n. To roam, wander, walk. తిరుగు. 'సకలజంతువులందు సంచరించు' he pervades or moves in all that lives. సంచారము or సంచరణము san-chāramu. n. Traversing, wandering, roaming, travelling, తిరగడము. శిష్యసంచారము a pastoral visitation, or progress made by a Guru. పిశాచసంచారము the walking or haunting of a ghost. సంచారి sanchāri. n. One who wanders about, సంచరించువాడు.
