(p. 676) nemali , నెమిలి, నెమ్మి or నెమ్మిలి nemali. [Tel.] n. A peacock. నెమలి అడుగు a certain plant, పూతికరజము అనే చెట్టు. H. iv. 18. నెమలికన్నులు the eyes in a peacock's train. నెమలిచెట్టు nemali-cheṭṭu. n. A tree called త్రిపాది. నెమలి౛ుట్టుఆకు nemali-ḍzuṭṭu-āku. n. A certain medicinal plant. నెమలిమొగ్గ nemali-mogga. n. (lit: The peacock's spreading its tail:) An attitude assumed by dancing girls, walking on the hands with the feet in the air. నెమలివడ్లు nemali-vaḍlu. n. A kind of rice. శాలిధాన్య విశేషము.

The lock worn by Hindu men on the top of the head. అవిద్యజుట్టు అతనికి దొరికినది he has got a good hold of that art. ౛ుట్టుపట్టి సొమ్ము అడిగినాడు he caught him by the hair and insisted on payment. ౛ుట్టుపిట్ట ḍzuṭṭu-piṭṭa. n.
