A low built dray, a creaking cart. గిలకల కోళ్లమంచము a cot with small bells hung on the legs. గిలకచెట్టు gilaka-cheṭṭu. n. A tree with rattling pods and a yellow papilionaceous flower, called Crotolaria juncea: సంకలీ వృక్షము. నూనెగిలక (Rox. ii. 357.) the tree called Cœalpinia Oleosperma.

(p. 793) peḷapeḷa , ఫెళఫెళ, పెళ్లు or పెళుక్కు peḷa-peḷa. [Tel. anuk.] n. The noise produced in breaking a thing suddenly. ఆ కొమ్మ పెళుక్కుని విరిగినది the bough broke with a crash. adv. Aloud, crashingly, echoingly, roaringly, creakingly, resoundingly. 'ఫెళఫెళవీరణాల్ ఫెళిఫెళివాయించి.' H. ii. 98. 'కొమ్మ ఫెళఫెళవిరిగెను.' Pal. 173. పెళపెళమను peḷapeḷa-m-anu. v. n. To crash. To make a rustling sound. అతడు ఆ దేశములో పెళపెళ లాడిస్తున్నాడు he is making a great uproar in the country. 'పెళపెళనెల్లెడ నురుముగ.' Padya. L. iv. 77.

(p. 856) pheḷapheḷa or పెళపెళ pheḷa-pheḷa. [Tel. anuk.] n. A crash or smash; an uproar. అతడు ఆ దేశములో ఫెళఫెళలాడిస్తున్నాడు he is making a great uproar in the country. adv. Aloud, crashingly, echoingly, roaringly, creakingly, resoundingly, 'ఫెళ ఫెళవీరణాలు ఫెళిఫెళివాయించి.' H. ii. 98. 'కొమ్మ ఫెళఫెళవిరిగెను.' Pal. 173. ఫెళఫెళమను pheḷa-pheḷa-m-anu. v. n. To crash.

(p. 893) burra burra. [Tel.] n. A nutshell: the shell or nut of any fruit. Any small box as a snuff box, or case. The skull or head. తలపుర్రె. బుక్కాబుర్ర a pouneet box. ఇత్తడి బుర్ర a brass box. సొరబుర్ర the empty shell of a long gourd. సొరబుర్ర or కొలబుర్ర a swimming gourd or a float. కీచుబుర్రలతలగడ a creaking pillow. HD. i. 1668. దొంతిబుర్రలకాయ a cocoanut or other shell of a peculiar indented shape. adj. Large, పెద్ద బుర్రకత్తి burra-katti. n.
