(p. 130) āstikuḍu āstikuḍu. [Skt. from ఆస్ to be] n. A believer in a god, one who acknowledges the existence of God, in opposition to నాస్తికుడు an atheist. ఆస్తిక్యము āstikyamu. n. Belief in the existence of God. Theism. ఈశ్వరుడు కలడనడము.

(p. 408) cārvākuḍu chārvākuḍu. [Skt.] n. A follower of the sceptical philosopher Charvāka. An atheist, a materialist or sceptic, a seceder from the Hindu creed: చార్వాకమతము scepticism, materialism. 'దేవునితోడ నేల చార్వాక మొనర్చితిన్.' (Kalah. iii. 193.) Why did I act as a freethinker and question the god?

(p. 647) nāsti nāsti. [Skt.] n. Lit: 'It is not.' A cipher, nonenity, nullity. నాస్తికుడు nāstikuḍu. n. One who denies the existence of an after-life, పరలోకము లేదనువాడు. An atheist, a heretic. నాస్తిక్యము or నాస్తికత nāstikyamu. n. Atheism.

(p. 749) pāṣaṇḍamu pāshanḍamu. [Skt.] n. Heresy, heterodoxy. పాషండుడు or పాషండి pāshanḍuḍu. n. A heretic, schismatic, unbeliever, blasphemer, freethinker, or heterodox Hindu. వేదబాహ్యుడు. శివపాషండులు the intolerant sect of Saivites, or Jangams. విష్ణు పాషండులు bigoted worshippers of Vishṇu. In the ఆశ్చర్యాష్టోత్తరశతము is this verse, 'నాస్తిక, మ్లేచ్ఛ, పాషండ, బౌద్ధ, ప్రాకృత, దుర్గమం' the atheist, the foreigner, the heretic, the Buddhist, the base man and the evil-doer.

(p. 1256) śūnyamu ṣūnyamu. [Skt.] adj. Empty, void, blank, lonely, deserted destitute of, రిక్తమైన, ఉత్త, నిర్జనమైన, రహితమైన, పాడు. శూన్యహస్తుడై empty handed. శూన్యవిపినము a lonely wilderness. n. A dot, spot, cipher. Vacuum; nothing. నున్న, పూజ్యము, లేమి. Witchcraft, sorcery, పంపు. శూన్యము పెట్టు to injure or kill by sorcery, పంపు. శూన్యముపెట్టు the black art. శూన్యకత్తె ṣūnya-katte. n. A sorceress or witch, పంపుచేసే స్త్రీ. శూన్యగాడు ṣūnya-gāḍu. n. A sorcerer, a wizard, an enchanter, పంపుచేసేవాడు. శూన్యపుబొమ్మ ṣūnya-pu-bomma. n. An effigy. శూన్యవాదము ṣūnya-vādamu. n. Atheism. శూన్యవాది ṣūnya-vādi. n. An atheist. నాస్తికుడు. శూన్యుడు ṣūnyuḍu. n. (In composition,) one destitute of, విహీనుడు. నాడు జ్ఞానశూన్యుడు he has no wisdom. వివేకశూన్యుడు one who has no wit or genius.
