To taunt, jeer, reproach నింద, ఎత్తిలి ettili. adv. Hard. గట్టిగా. ఎత్తివేయు etti-vēyu. v. t. To throw away, to strike out. కొట్టివేయు, తీసివేయు; to slight, to despise అలక్ష్యముచేయు.

(p. 208) oḍupu oḍupu. [Tel.] n. Catching, seizing. 'ఒడుపుదప్పినయట్టి యురగంబుపోలె' (HD. i. 372.) like a snake that has missed seizing what it aimed at. An attempt పూనిక. A trick ఉపాయము. A great assembly. ఒడ్డుమెరక high and low, ups and downs: unevenness.

(p. 234) kaḍaka or కడంక kaḍaka. [Tel. from కడకు q. v.] n. An attempt; courage, determination యత్నము, స్థైర్యము, ఉద్రేకము, పూనిక.
