(p. 693) pacci pachchi. [Tel.] adj. Raw, unripe. ముదరిని, పండని. Unbaked, unburnt, కాలని, as పచ్చికుండ. Unboiled, ఉడుకని, as పచ్చిపులుసు. Green, not dry, (as firewood,) ఎండని. Unchred (as a hide,) raw, sore, tender, as పచ్చిపుండు. Colloquially it means palpable, gross, downright, absolute, rank, arrant, open, unveiled, unblushing, board, coarse. పచ్చిమిరపకాయలు green chillies. పచ్చివిషము rank poison. పచ్చికస్తురి వీణె an unsunned or unbroached scent bottle. పచ్చికర్ర a green stick. పచ్చి ఒళ్లుగల convalescent. 'పచ్చిబడి యలనతని బడగొట్టుడనుచు.' Charit. i. 2223. పచ్చి నెత్తురు blood just shed. 'వచ్చుముంగిసజూచి వసుధేశపత్ని, పచ్చినెత్తురుమూతి పరికించితనదు.' Sāranga D. v. 280. పచ్చిక pachhika. (పచ్చి+కలది.) n. Grass. పచ్చగడ్డి. పచ్చికతేలేదు the grass has not brought. పచ్చికపట్టు a grassy spot, a meadow, a lawn, a green. పచ్చితేరు pachchi-tēru. v. n. To become green, పచ్చిఅగు.

(p. 1091) rōmamu rōmamu. [Skt.]n. Hair (growing on the body), a hair. శరీరమందుండే వెంట్రుక. రోమకర్ణము rōma-karṇamu. n. Lit: Hairy-eared, i.e., a hare of rabbit. చెవుల పిల్లి. రోమకూపము or రోమరంధ్రము rōma-kūpamu n. A pore in the skin, a sebacious gland. 'ఘటకోత్తమరోమకాపంబులందెల్ల నొక్కటఘనధూమముద్భవించె.' M. XIV. iii. 118. రోమరాజి రోమలత or రోమావళి rōma-rāji. n. A line of hair extending to the navel.నూగారు. రోమవిక్రియ or రోమహర్షణము rōma-vikriya. n. Horripilation. Tingling, a shudder or thrill as when electrified, or blushing, or in a flush with ecstasy. రోమాంచము, గగుర్పు. గరిపొడవడము. రోమశము rōmasamu. adj. Hairy, woolly. రోమములగల. రోమశుడు a hairy man. శరీరమందు ఎలుగునకువలె నిడువెండ్రుకలుగలవాడు. రోమహర్షణుడు rōma-harshaṇuḍu. n. An epithet of మాత the hermit. ఒకఋషి. రోమాంచము rōma-ānchamu. n.
