(p. 68) abvābu abvābu. [H.] n. (Lit. Doors, chapters.) Miscellaneous revenue accounts. 'The usual heads in Revenue accounts are Mal and Abwab. The Mal or Regular revenue is collected on land and customs, including taxes on liquors, &c The Abwab, or Miscellaneous includes the difference of exchange (often considerable) between that of the market and the fixed rate at which the revenue of the district is paid, casual aid or support of the Government officers, fees to the shroff, and contributions to various feasts.' (p. 87) alabhyamu a-labhyamu. [Skt. from లభించు] adj. Unobtained; unobtainable; unattainable. Unexpected, casual. పొందబడని, అకస్మికమైన. అలభ్యయోగము unexpected good fortune. ఇది అలభ్యయోగముగా ప్రాప్తమాయెను this happened unexpectedly.

(p. 170) uluku uluku. [Tel.] v. n. To start, quiver, (See the casual ఉలుచు) ముద్దులుకు కన్నులు eyes quivering with prettiness. 'కలికి లేనడు ములికికులికెన్.' she wagged her waist at him in derision. ఉలుకు n. Timidity, fright. జడుపు.

(p. 170) ulucu uluṭsu. [Tel. casual of ఉలుకు.] v. a. To brandish, wave, whisk, shake వాలంబునులిచె brandished the tail. Also, to pull off. ఊడదీయు. 'సత్కవులత్రుప్పుడుల్చు వసంత వేళ.' జై. i.

(p. 266) kākamu kākamu. [Skt.] n. A crow. కాకతాళీయము kāka-tāḷīyamu. n. Chance, casualty, accident. 'Like the crow and the palm fruit'--a phrase denoting coincidence (అవితర్కితసంభవము): as a palm fruit falling just when a crow has alighted: కాకతాళీయమైన sudden, opportune, unexpected. కాకతాళీయపత్ or కాకతాళీయ న్యాయముగా suddenly, casually, accidentally.

(p. 438) campu ṭsampu. [Tel. casual of చచ్చు.] v. n. To kill. చంపుడుగట్టు a place of execution. వధస్థానము. చంపించు ṭsampinṭsu. v. a. To cause to kill.

A sort of lapis lazuli having a sky blue or lilac tint.
