(p. 18) akaṭavikaṭamu akaṭa-vikaṭamu. [Tel.] adj. Adverse, contrary, awkard, inverted, contrariwise. తారుమారైన, విరుద్ధమైన, ప్రతికూలమైన, అకటవికటమైన మాట an incoherent speech, a prevarication, అకటవికటపు మాటలాడుట to shuffle, prevaricate, అకటవికటమైన పని an awkward, confused or troublesome affair.

(p. 196) ēḍāgōḍamu ēḍāgōḍamu. [Tel.] n. Contradiction, confusion. విరుద్ధము. ఏడాగోడముగా in confusion, contrariwise.

Opposition, contrariety, incongruity, enmity. ప్రతికూలత, ఆసంగతము, శత్రుత్వము, విరోధము.

(p. 1189) vilōmamu vi-lōmamu. [Skt.] adj. The wrong way, the reverse way, the opposite order or course, against the hair, against the grain, ప్రతిక్రమము, క్రమమునకు తలక్రిందు, వ్యత్యయము, విపర్యయము, 'విపరీతము, ప్రతికూలము, అవరోహణక్రమముగల. విలోమముగా contrariwise. అనులోమవిలోమ శ్లోకము a palindrome or verse that may be read forwards and backwards.
