(p. 622) dhārakamu dhārakamu. [Skt.] n. Sustenance, food. A stimulant, made of spices, &c., given to a convalescent before he is put upon diet.

(p. 634) nayamu nayamu. [Tel.] n. Cheapness. Profit. లాభము. Smoothness. నునుపు, మృదుత్వము. Beauty. అందము. Welfare, ease, facility. Good health, soundness, safety. Convalescence, improvement. recovery. Kindness, civility. [Skt.] n. Virtue, morality. నీతి. నయములేదు it is no better. నయభయములమందలించి, or నయభయములుతోప by fair means or foul, by allurement or alarm, by rough or smooth methods. నయనష్టానికి for either profit or loss, for better or worse. నయమారగా civilly, kindly. ఇది వారికి దొరకడము నయము they were lucky in getting this. నీవు రావడము నయము it is well that you came. కొంచెము నయమయినది it is somewhat improved or better. నయమొప్పు duly, fitly, easily. adj. Smooth. నునుపైన. Soft, మృదువైన. Fine, అందమైన. Cheap, చవుకయైన. Well. easy, better in health, convalescent. Malleable, not brittle. High (as a note in music, as opposed to ఘనము or deep notes.) నయముగా nayamu-yā. adv. Easily, well, kindly, better, cheaply. నయముగానున్నది there is an improvement, it is better. వానికి నయముగానున్నది he is better or convalescent. నయగారము nayag-āramu. (నయము+కారము.) n. Smoothness, softness. మృదుత్వము. A soft word, మృదువచనము. నయగారి naya-gāri. n. A gentleman, a courteous man, మృదుత్వముగలవాడు. మృదువచనముగల వాడు. నయించు nayinṭsu. v. n. &a. To agree, to hold well together, as a paragraph. సందర్భించు. To cause to have, పొందించు.

(p. 693) pacci pachchi. [Tel.] adj. Raw, unripe. ముదరిని, పండని. Unbaked, unburnt, కాలని, as పచ్చికుండ. Unboiled, ఉడుకని, as పచ్చిపులుసు. Green, not dry, (as firewood,) ఎండని. Unchred (as a hide,) raw, sore, tender, as పచ్చిపుండు. Colloquially it means palpable, gross, downright, absolute, rank, arrant, open, unveiled, unblushing, board, coarse. పచ్చిమిరపకాయలు green chillies. పచ్చివిషము rank poison. పచ్చికస్తురి వీణె an unsunned or unbroached scent bottle. పచ్చికర్ర a green stick. పచ్చి ఒళ్లుగల convalescent. 'పచ్చిబడి యలనతని బడగొట్టుడనుచు.' Charit. i. 2223. పచ్చి నెత్తురు blood just shed. 'వచ్చుముంగిసజూచి వసుధేశపత్ని, పచ్చినెత్తురుమూతి పరికించితనదు.' Sāranga D. v. 280. పచ్చిక pachhika. (పచ్చి+కలది.) n. Grass. పచ్చగడ్డి. పచ్చికతేలేదు the grass has not brought. పచ్చికపట్టు a grassy spot, a meadow, a lawn, a green. పచ్చితేరు pachchi-tēru. v. n. To become green, పచ్చిఅగు.

(p. 1296) sannipātamu san-ni-pātamu. [Skt.] n. A sort of paralytic disease, delirium, convulsions, hysteria, ౛న్ని. A collection assemblage, multitude, సంచయము, కలయిక. ప్రలాపసన్నిపాతము. delirium. తాంత్రికసన్నిపాతము nervous debility. రుగ్దాహసన్నిపాతము pains in the body, attended with thirst. అన్న విషమసన్నిపాతము sudden death or disease caused by eating heartily while convalescent from fever.

(p. 1376) svasthamu svasthamu. [Skt.] adj. Easy, well, at ease, in good health, sound. నెమ్మదిగానున్న, ఆరోగ్యమైన. స్వస్థచిత్తము a mind at ease. స్వస్థత or స్వస్థము svasthata. n. Health, soundness, convalescence. ఆరోగ్యము. ఆ రోగము స్వస్థమైనది the disease is cured. స్వస్థపరుచు or స్వస్థముచేయు svastha-paruṭsu. v. a. To cure, ameliorate, make better. వాసిచేయు, కుదుర్చు. స్వస్థమగు svastham-agu. v. n. To recover from illness, to become whole. కుదురు. స్వస్థముగా నుండు to be at ease, to be well, to be in good health. నెమ్మదిగానుండు, ఆరోగ్యముగానుండు.
