(p. 65) appagiñcu appaginṭsu. [Tel.] v. a. To entrust, commit, deliver to the charge of another, give over, to put into another's possession. ఒప్పగించు, పదిలముగా నుంచుమని వశముచేయు. అప్పగింత n. Delivery, consignment. ఒప్పగింత. ఆ యింటిని నాకు అప్పగింత పెట్టినాడు he made the house over to me.

(p. 140) illaḍa illaḍa. [from ఇల్లు] n. Dwelling. కాపురము; committing, entrusting. అప్పగింత. 'ఇల్లడగాచేసి.' A. v. 142. Keeping in one's house. నన్ను యిల్లడచేసినాడు he made me dwell with him. చ. 'నన్నె దనమ్ముదేనియు, ల్లడయిడుభీమునర్జును నలంఘ్య బలాఢ్యులనావశంబునన్.' భార: సభా. i. 163.

(p. 211) oppiñcu oppinṭsu. [Tel. from ఒప్పు] v. a. To cause to consent: to prevail on. To assign or make over, commit, entrust స్వాధీనపరచు, వశముచేయు, ఒప్పగించు.

(p. 254) kartṛkamu kartrukamu. [Skt.] n. Doing, agency, action. కర్తృత్వము karṯrutvamu. n. Agency: the act or property of an agent. Deglegated authority: అతిని మీద కర్తృత్వము ఉంచినారు they made him plenipotentiary, they entrusted the affair to him. అది చేయవలసిన కర్తృత్వము నాయందున్నది the right to do this rests with me.

(p. 1402) cārji chārji. [Eng. ' charge. '] n. A charge. Cost, expense, వెల, కరీదు. ఎంతచార్జి what is the charge or cost? Anything entrusted to another. An office. చార్జితీనుకొన్నాడు he took charge of the office. చార్జిఅప్పగించిపోయెను he gave over charge and went away. An accusation, a complaint. వానిమాద చార్జిచేసిరి they charged him, they filed a complaint against him.

(p. 623) dhura dhura. [Skt.] n. A burden. బరువు. ధురంధర dhuran-dhara. adj. Bearing a burden, able, clever, talented. బరువు మోయునట్టి. ధురంధరత్వము dhuran-dharatvamu. n. Supporting, upholding, patronage, responsibility. ధురంధరుడు dhuran-dharuḍu. n. One who bears a burden, one who is responsible, a clever or able man. భారమువహించువాడు. ధురీణుడు dhurīṇuḍu. n. He who bears a burden. బరువుమోయువాడు. An able or clever man. ధుర్యము dhuryamu. adj. Bearing a burden, entrusted with, sustaining. Fit to bear a burden బరువుమోయగల. ధుర్యుడు dhuryuḍu. n. One who sustains a burden. భారము వహించువాడు. గర్వధుర్యుడు one who is inflated with pride. ప్రౌఢవాగ్ధుర్యుడు an eloquent man.

(p. 685) nyāsamu nyāsamu. [Skt.] n. Placing or depositing. ఉంచుట. A deposit, a pledge. Consigning or entrusting any thing to the mind. Mental appropriation or assignment of various parts of the body to tutelary divinites. కరన్యాసము a mode of folding the hands in prayer.

(p. 977) mārīphattu mārī-phattu. [H.] n. Trust, charge, possession. మారీఫత్తుచేయు to entrust to one.
