(p. 660) nirvāṇamu nirvāṇamu. [Skt.] n. Eternal happiness, ముక్తి. సుఖముo. Annihilation, extinction. నాశము. adj. Liberated, extinct, (as a light or fire) చల్లారిన. In Telugu it means Nakedness. నిర్వాణ తేజుడు one whose light was put out. నిర్వాణి or నిర్వాణుడు nirvāṇi. n. A beatified soul. ముక్తుడు, ముక్తినొందినవాడు.

(p. 715) parāsuvu par-āsuvu. [Skt.] adj. Dead, expired. చచ్చిన. n. A dead man, చచ్చినవాడు. పరాసనము or పరాసత్వము parās-anamu. n. Death, extinction. పరాసత్వమును పొందు to perish.

(p. 1098) layamu layamu. [Skt.] n. Loss, destruction, extinction, annihilation, నాశము. The grass called cuss-cuss, వట్టివేరు. ఇంతలో ఆ ప్రభుత్వమునకు లయకాలము వచ్చినది these were the declining days of the dynasty. లయించు layinṭsu. v. n. To be destroyed. క్షయించు. To be attached to, be connected with, లగ్నమగు, సక్తమగు. వాని మనసంతా దానియందే లయించియుండగా while his every thought was engrossed by her.
