A garden, తోట, ఆరామము. మలయగిరి (literally,) the sandalwood mountain, i.e., the Indian Hymettus, a mountain celebrated for its fragrant sandal groves. మలయ మారుతము a gentle, fragrant breeze, a zephyr. మలయజము malayajamu. n. Rox. i. 641. చూతవృక్షము. మామిడిపండు a ripe mango. మామిడికాయ a green mango. మామిడిచెట్లు mango trees. మామిడివనము a mango garden or grove. మామిళ్లు mango trees. పుల్లమామిడి the sour species. తియ్య మామిడి the sweet kind. గు౛ుమామిడి the low (or small) mango tree. కట్టుమామిడి a tree which bears a fine species of fruit which are usually tied up to preserve them. అడవిమామిడి the wild mango tree, Spondias mangifera. చిలకముక్కమామిడికాయ a mango fruit terminating in a crooked point like a parrot's bill. (p. 1036) mogali or మొగిలి mogali. [Tel.] n. The Screw Pine, or Mangrove, Mandanus odoratissimus. (Rox. iii. 738.) కేతకి. మొగిలిచాప a mat made of its leaves. మొగలాకుగొడుగు an umbrella made of its leaves. మొగిలిచండ్లు the drooping tips of the branches. మొగిలిపువ్వు the fragrant flower of this tree. మొగిలినాగు a snake said to be found in its flower. మొగలిరేకు a petal of its flower, or an ornament worn by women on the head. మొగలికోడి mogali-kōḍi. n. A watercock. ఒకపక్షి. మొగలిపనస mogali-panasa. n. The pineapple, అనాసచెట్టు మొగలేరు moga-lēru. (మొగలి + ఏరు.) n. The celestial river. ఆకాశగంగ. The name of a stream, also called సువర్ణముఖి.
