Imitation. ఒకనిని లేక ఒకదానిని చూచి అదేప్రకారముగా చేయడము, చటచట, పటపట, దడదడ, గడగడ, -- యిట్టిని అనుకరణశబ్దములు these words are onomatopœic words, imitatives. అనుకారము anu-kāramu. [Skt.] n. Imitation. Resemblance. పోలిక. అనుకారి anu-kāri. adj. Imitative. తద్వత్తుగాచేసే, ఒకడు చేసేటట్టుగా చేసే.

(p. 129) āsēdhamu āsēdhamu. [Skt.] n. Check, restraint. అడ్డగింత. Arrest: legal restraint; limitation of four kinds, viz.: కాలాసేధము limitation of time, స్ధానాసేధము confinement to a place, ప్రవాసాసేధము prohibition against removal or departure, కర్మాసేధము restriction from employment.

Russet, tan, pink, salmon colour, fawn colour, terra cotta colour, tawny hue. ఎరుపు, కాషాయవస్త్రము. సం౛కాని the red hue of evening. కాని or కావిరాయి red ochre. కావికోక a tawny robe, worn by ascetics, imitating the colour of the raw hide worn by hermits in old days. కావిగొను to become red ఎర్రనగు. కాలితాలుపు an ascetic సన్యాసి, కాషాయధారి.

(p. 330) kōvu kōvu. [Tel. for కొనవు] v. కైకోవు, చేసికోవు. n. An imitative sound resembling a cry. ఆర్పునందగు ధ్వన్యనుకరణము.

(p. 985) mitamu mitamu. [Skt.] adj. Moderate, temperate. Few. మితజనముతో with a few followers. మితభాషి one who is moderate in language, not talkative. మితజ్ఞులు the ignorant. n. A bound, measure, limit, term; moderation, limitation. మితములేని or అమితమైన countless, endless, immoderate. మితి miti. n. End, limit. పరిమాణము, హద్దు, కొలది, గడువు, మితిలేని unlimited, endless, huge, vast. 'అన్నకామునితోడ ఆడినమితులు.' Pal. 120. ఆడినమితులు the terms proposed.

(p. 1314) savaramu savaramu. [from skt. చమరమ్.] n. The hair of the yak or Tartarian ox, చమరమృగము, which is used by women a queue. False hair used by women. పట్టుసవరము an imitation of this made in silk సవరుపుకుప్పె the gold buckle worn by women on this false hair, చమరమృగ సంబంధమైనకుచ్చు. సవరపుమెకము savarapumekamu. n.
