(p. 509) tamagamu or తమంగము tamagamu. [from Skt.తమఙ్గః] n. A summer house, having no walls but a roof on pillars. మంటపము, చావిడి. A raised platform మంచె.

(p. 629) naṭṭu naṭṭu. [Tel.] n. A spot of ground. A place, abode. స్థానము, వాసస్థానము, Delay, ఆలస్యము. An obstacle, or hindrance; hesitation. ఆటంకము. Loss, damage. A platform of earth, a terrace. A tape worm. The bent grass that infest corn-fields. సస్యరోగవిశేషము. One species of this called కుందురునట్టు is found in the రేగడ or black soil, another గరకనట్టు in the mudub or mixed soil. The largest species is called పడవనట్టు; the smaller గంపనట్టు. నట్టుకొట్టు naṭṭu-koṭṭu. v. n. To delay. ఆలస్యముచేయు. నట్లుపడు naṭṭlu-paḍu. v. n. To hesitate. తడబడు, అడ్డిపడు. నట్టుకొను naṭṭu-konu. n. To fix (itself) firmly, to be fixed. కుదురుకొను, నెలకొను.

(p. 932) mañce or మంచియ manche. [Tel.] n. A shelf, stand, or platform. A shed or scaffolding erected on posts for persons who watch crops. అరప, చప్పరమువంటి పందిరి.

(p. 999) muḍava muḍava. [Tel.] n. A place where platforms for heaping up salt are raised (Vizag.)

(p. 1221) vēdi or వేదిక vēdi. [Skt.] n. A terrace, a piece of raised ground, a platform. An altar. యాగాదులచేయడమునకై పరిష్కృతమైన భూమి, అరుగు, తిన్నె. వేది. n. One who knows or is acquainted with. ఎరిగినవాడు. An epithet of Brahma. బ్రహ్మ. A man of learning. విద్వాంసుడు. త్రిభువనవేది one who knows all nature.

(p. 1310) saruguḍu saruguḍu. [Tel.] n. A hurdle, sledge, drag. A platform. తడక. చలుగుడు, కంపగట్రవేసి యీడ్చుకొనివచ్చే చక్రములులేని తడిక.
