(p. 144) īnu īnu. [Tel.] v. a. To give produce (as fields of grain.) To yean or bear (young.) To give forth, emit (sound, or splendour.) ఈనగాచి నక్కలపాలు చేసినట్టు all one's care is thrown away. మెరుగులీనిన emitting radiance. నేలయీనిన విధమున as though the earth calved.

(p. 151) ujvalamu ujvalamu. [Skt.] adj. Radiant, splendid. వెలుగునది.

(p. 210) odugu odugu. [Tel.] n. Plenty సమృద్ధి. అన్నము ఒదుగుగైనది the rice is become plentiful. ఒదుగుపడు Same as ఒదుగు, to move aside ఒదుగుపాటు odugu-pāṭu. n. Moving aside తొలగుట. ఒదుగుబడి odugu-baḍi. n. Plenty సమృద్ధి.

(p. 210) odugu odugu. [Tel.] v. n. To make room. to move so as to accomodate తొలగు. To come to hand, to be got or obtained. దొరకు. To become plentiful సమృద్ధమగు. To be of use or convenient. To assist, be at hand or ready. ఈ బియ్యము పండితే అన్నము ఒదుగుకావడములేదు on boiling this rice, it does not swell to the proper quantity. ఈ బట్టచలికి ఒదగదు this cloth is of no use against cold. కొంచెము ఒదుగుము, ఆయనను కూర్చుండనిమ్ము move a little and let him sit down. ఒదిగి ఒదిగి ఉన్నారు; they yielded. నాకు ఇప్పట్లో రూకలు ఒదగలేదు I have not yet obtained the money.

(p. 210) oduvu oduvu. [Tel.] v. i. To cover, to spread క్రమ్ము. To become plentiful ఒదుగు. n. Plenty సమృద్ధి, ఒదుగు.

(p. 229) kaccu kaṭṭsu. [Tel.] v. t. To move a piece at chess కచ్చించు. To stick out, project. కచ్చు n. Stench. The washings of rice. Pride దంభము గర్వము. 'A bunch of flowers పూగుత్తి. సిగబంతి.' కచ్ులాడి kaṭṭsu-lāḍi. n. A jilt, flirt దాంభికురాలు. కచ్చులు kaṭṭsulu. n. Splendour, glittering, lies, tawdry, frivolous excuses. దంభములు. కచ్చుకొను kaṭṭsu-konu. v. a. To adhere, cleave, stick. To desire. ఆశించు. కచ్చువాసాలు kaṭṭsu-vāsālu. n. Rafters inserted in a beam.

(p. 254) kartṛkamu kartrukamu. [Skt.] n. Doing, agency, action. కర్తృత్వము karṯrutvamu. n. Agency: the act or property of an agent. Deglegated authority: అతిని మీద కర్తృత్వము ఉంచినారు they made him plenipotentiary, they entrusted the affair to him. అది చేయవలసిన కర్తృత్వము నాయందున్నది the right to do this rests with me.
