A marker or stamper. Also, a salt manufacturer. ముద్ర మనిషి, ఉప్పు చేసేవాడు. అద్ద n. A dry measure, half of a 'sola.' A small heap of straw not yet thrashed. అర్థసోల, నూర్చకుండా వేసిన చిన్న కుప్ప.

(p. 91) allōnērēḍu allō-nērēḍu. [Tel.] n. A kind of Myrtus Cyminum (Roxb.) its fruit being like a black cherry. See నేరెడు or నేరేడు. అల్లోనేరేళ్లు allo-nērēḷḷu. [Tel.] n. Salutations. నతివిశేషములు, దండములు, 'మధురాపురిలో మహిమలు చెందిన, బాల కృష్ణునకు ప్రాణాచారము, మాయాస్థలిలో మధుసూదనునకు నిరతంబల్లో నేరేళ్లనుకొని.' A salt pen, salt-bed. ఉప్పు మిడత uppu-miḍata. n. A kind of large black cricket. ఉప్పు రేవు uppu-rēvu. n. A place where salt is manufactured: ఉప్పురియు upp-uriyu. v. i. To moulder. ఉప్పురిసిపోయిన mouldering, dilapidated. కప్పురిసిన యిల్లు a house that sweats salt or that is going to decay. ఉప్పు సముద్రము uppu-samudramu. n. The ocean or salt sea.
