Original, principal, excellent, real, genuine, legitimate. మొదటిదైన, ముఖ్యమైన, స్వచ్ఛమైన, సంకరముకాని. అసలుదావా the original complaint. అసలు వాది the original complainant. అసలు బేరీజు the original rents or account. అసలు n. The principal, as opposed to the interest మూలధనము Plu. అసళ్లు originals. అసళ్లు ఉంచుకొని నకళ్లు ఇచ్చినాడు he retained the originals and gave the copies. Also, origin, stock in trade.

A settlement: as of permanent revenue. కట్టుబడిబంట్రోతు a serf, a settler; a feudal retainer, who is supported by land settled upon him, a village servant. కట్టుబడిపొలము land assigned to a serf in fee. కట్టుబడి మాన్యము the land assigned to such an officer in perpetuity.

(p. 414) cittamu chittamu. [Skt.] n. The mind or intellect; the heart, considered as the seat of intellect: inclination, will, pleasure. మీచిత్తము (or simply చిత్తము) your pleasure! as you please! yes, sir! చిత్తానకు తేవలెను be so good as to consider this. ప్రవేశము చిత్తగించలవెను pray acknowledge the receipt of this letter. చిత్తానుసారముగా according to one's own pleasure or as one see fit. చిత్తగించు chitta-ginṭsu. v. a. To listen, grant attention keep or retain in mind, attend to, mind, note, observe, remark, examine, investigate. మనస్కరించు. To think, తలచు; to hear a prayer, to consider యోచించు. At the close of a letter the words చిత్తగించవలెను. 'Please to consider this' are equivalent to the phrase ('I remain, &c') అట్లు చిత్తగించినాడు he came to this decision (used of a superior.) చిత్తగించవలెను I beg you to or, do me the favor to. చిత్తచాంచల్యము chitta-chānchalyamu. n. Aberration of the intellect. Insanity. చిత్తచాంచల్యము chitta-vṛitti. n. Temper, wish, inclination, disposition. Will, pleasure, determination. చిత్రుడు and చిత్తురాలు chittuḍu. adj. Minded. This is used in compound phrases, thus: సంతోషచిత్తుడు a cheerful man. క్రూరచిత్తులై cruel-hearted. శాంతచిత్తుడు a gentle character.
