(p. 116) āpōvu āpōvu.[Tel. from ఆ a contraction of ఆకలి hunger and పోవు to go or ఆదట+పోవు] v. n. To be satisfied. తృప్తినొందు.

(p. 538) tuppaṭillu tuppaṭillu. [Tel.] v. n. To be satisfied. తనియు.

(p. 541) tuṣṭi tushṭi. [Skt.] n. Satisfaction, fulness. సంతోషము. Profit or advantage. లాభము. ఆ నష్టికి ఈ శుష్టికి సరి this profit and that loss are equivalent. తుష్టుడు tushṭuḍu. n. One who is full or satisfied. సంతోషము పొందినవాడు.

(p. 545) tṛpti tṛipti. [Skt.] n. Fullness, completeness, satisfaction. తనివి. తృప్తము tṛiptamu. adj. Full, satisfied, satiated. తృప్తిపొందిన. తృప్తుడు tṛiptuḍu. n. One who is satisfied.

(p. 651) nijamu nijamu. [Skt.] n. Nature, స్వభావము. adj. Own, peculiar, native, తనది. Perpetual, eternal, శాశ్వతమైన. నిజపోష్యవర్గుడనైన నేను I who am your own dependant: this is a mere phrase like 'your most obedient servant.' The word నిజ prefixed to names of months, as నిజవైశాఖము denotes the proper month, not the అధికమాసము the intercalary month. నిజలాభతుష్టుడై being satisfied with his own resources. నిజస్థితి nija-sthiti. n. The real fact. నిజస్థుడు nijasthuḍu. n. A just upright man. నిజానుచరుడు nij-ānu-charuḍu. n. A personal attendant. ని౛ము niḍzamu. Truth, reality, సత్యము. Certainity, నిశ్చయము. adj. True, certain. సత్యము. Positive, actual ని౛ముగా niḍzamu-gā. adv. Actually, really, positively, truly. ని౛పరుచు or ని౛ముచేయు to verify, prove, try. ని౛పడు niḍza-paḍu. v. n. To be ascertained, verified, identified. ఇది నాకు ని౛పడినది I ascertained this. ని౛మరి niḍza-ari. n. A truthful man or woman. సత్యశీలుడు, సత్యవతి. 'గజిబిజిచేసి భూకాంతుని యెదుట. నిజమరివలె నెంత నిలువ నాడెదవు.' Sar. D. 586.

(p. 849) prīti prīti. [Skt.] n. Joy, pleasure, delight, happiness, love, affection, regard. సంతోషము, స్నేహము. The name of the wife of Manmadha, మన్మధునిభార్య. దేవునికి ప్రీతిగా చేసిరి they did it in honour of the god, for the purpose of conciliating the god. ముఖప్రీతిమాటలు feigned or flattering words. ఆచార్యులవారికి ప్రీతిగా ఈ గ్రామము నిచ్చినారు they bestowed this village on him as a compliment. తల్లికి ప్రీతిగా ఈ దానము చేసినాడు he gave this in honour of his mother. శనిప్రీతిచేసినాడు he did this to avert the evil influence of Saturn. విష్ణుప్రీతిభూమి lands consecrated to Vishṇu. ప్రీతిదత్తము prīti-dattamu. n. A dowry given to a bride by her father-in-law or mother-in-law. ప్రీతుడు prītuḍu. n. One who is pleased or satisfied, ప్రీతినొందినవాడు.

(p. 1276) santuṣṭamu san-tushṭamu. [Skt.] adj. Delighted, pleased, satisfied. హృష్టమైన, ఆహ్లాదముగల, ఉల్లపితమైన. సంతుష్టాంతరంగుడై being filled with joy. సంతుష్టి san-tushṭi. (సం+తుష్టి.) n. Pleasure, satisfaction, gladness, joy, delight. సంతోషము, హర్షము, ఆహ్లాదము. సంతుష్టుడు san-tushṭuḍu. n. He who is delighted, or satisfied. హర్షితుడు.
