A stonecutter's chisel. రాతిగుండె a hard heart, కఠినహృదయము. వానిది రాతిగుండె he is a hard hearted man. రాతిగొరక rāti-goraka. n. A kind of fish. రాతినార rāti-nāra. n. A stone hemp, an article like asbestos. ఒకమందుదినుసు. రాతిపాచి rāti-pāchi. n. A lichen or rock moss, used in medicine, Lichen rotundatus (Rottler.) ఒకమందుదినుసు. రాతిపువ్వు or రాపువ్వు rāti-puvvu. n. (p. 1252) śila ṣila. [Skt.] n. A stone. పాషాణము, రాయి. The stone or plank or wood placed at the threshold of a house, గడపకింది త్రొక్కుడుకమ్మి. శిలామయము built of stone. శిలాక్షరము ṣil-āksharamu. n. Engraving, writing on a rock. (Metaphorically,) an irrevocable promise. రాతిమీద చెక్కిన అక్షరము. One verse says నిలువెల్ల అమృతసారము, పలుకెల్ల శిలాక్షరంబులు. శిలాజతువు or సిలాజిత్తు ṣilā-jatuvu. n.
