Known, celebrated, ప్రసిద్ధికెక్కిన. ఇది ప్రసిద్ధమయిన కావ్యముకాదు this is not a classical poem. ప్రసిద్ధపత్రిక or ప్రకటనపత్రిక a newspaper, a proclamation, a notification. ప్రసిద్ధిగా pra-sidḍhi-gā. adv. Confessedly, avowedly, notoriously. అతడు వస్తాడని ప్రసిద్ధిగానున్నది there is a general talk of his coming. ప్రసిద్ధిచేయు or ప్రసిద్ధపరచు to publish, or make known.

(p. 853) prauḍha prauḍha. [Skt.] n. A woman in the flower of youth, a lady, dame, గడితేరినస్త్రీ, ప్రగల్భురాలు. 'పరవశదైన్యమాడుకొను ప్రౌఢలగానదు.' Swa. v. 76. adj. Full grown, mature. Respectable, great, grand, fine, noble. ఎదిగిన, దిట్టయైన, గంభీరమైన. ప్రౌఢనాయిక a full grown girl. ప్రౌఢవాక్కు a grand style. ప్రౌఢకావ్యము a noble poem. ఆ చిన్నది ప్రౌఢ అయినతర్వాత after the girl grew up. ప్రౌఢత్వము prauḍhatvamu. n. Skilfulness; ability; grandeur. ప్రౌఢి or ప్రౌఢిమ prauḍhi. n. Dignity, skilfulness, ability, సామర్థ్యము, ఉత్సాహము, ప్రగల్భత. ప్రౌఢుడు prauḍhuḍu. n. One who is mature, wise, skilful, vigorous, clever. ప్రగల్భుడు, ఘనుడు. ప్రౌఢురాలు praudhurālu. n. She who is mature, skilful, wise, vigorous, clever. ప్రగల్భురాలు.

(p. 1095) lakṣaṇamu lakshaṇamu. [Skt.] n. A sign, mark, token. గురుతు. A symptom, an indication; a characteristic, attribute, quality; a predicate, any thing by which an object is designated, or distinguished. పీరు. A rule of art or science. విధి. The Science of Grammar, &c. వ్యాకరణాది శాస్త్రము. Hand-some, beautiful అందమైన లక్షణయా lakshaṇayā. adv. Metaphorically. లక్షము lakshamu. n. A butt, mark, or aim. గురి. లక్షించు or ఆలక్షించు lakshinṭsu. v. a. To aim at, to see, గురిపెట్టు, చూచు. లక్ష్మము lakṣhmamu. n. A mark, token, or sing. చిహ్నము, గురుతు 'మీనలక్ష్మాకృతి.' T. iii. 149.

(p. 1194) viṣayamu vishyamu. [Skt.] n. An object, matter, subject, affair, thing. Any peculiarity as colour, form, flavour, odour, sound. Definition, respect, relation. అంశము, సంగతి. ఇంద్రియార్థము, శబ్దాదిపంచ భూతగుణము. 'విషయములబొరలి రోయక విషమంటినగతిని జూచువిధమున ధరలో విషసమమాయా సుఖములవిషయములన్ గూడకుండ్రునేత్తలు.' Vema. 499. ఆ విషయము నాకు తెలియదు I do not know anything about it. ఈ విషయములో నిండాసొమ్ము వ్యయముచేసినాడు he spent much money on this. సద్విషయములలో తనసొమ్ము వ్యయము చేసినాడు he spent his money on worthy objects. శృంగారవిషయమైన కావ్యము a poem on amorous subjects. ఈ విషయమందు in this respect. ఆ విషయమందు in that respect. అతని విషయమందు regarding him. ఆ విషయమై regarding that subject. ఏతద్విషయముగా మాట్లాడినాడు he spoke regarding this. మీ విషయములో regarding you. విషయి vishayi. n. An organ of sense. నేత్రాదియింద్రియము. A man of the world, one who is conversant with or interested in worldly occupations or enjoyments. లోకవ్యవహారవ్యక్తుడు, సంసారమగ్నుడు, సంసారికుడు. విషయించు visha-yinṭsu. v. n. To have to do with carnally. సంభోగముచేయు. విషయీకరించు visha-yī-karinṭsu. v. a. To aim at. ఉద్దేశించు.
