(p. 198) ēnādi or యానాది ē-nādi. [Tel.] adj. Savage, belonging to a certain tribe. ఏనాదివారు the people of a certain hill tribe; the Yānādis. ఏనాదిమాటలు the hill dialect.

(p. 664) niṣākuḍu nishāduḍu. [Skt.] n. The name of a certain aboriginal tribe; a mountaineer, a huntsman, a savage, చెంచువాడు, యానాదివాడు.

(p. 1041) morayu or మ్రోయు morayu. [Tel. another form of మ్రోగు.] v. n. To sound. resound. ధ్వనించు. మొరయించు morayinṭsu. v. a. To sound, cause to resound, roar. ధ్వనిచేయు, వాయించు. 'మొరయించె పటుజ్యానాదము.' R. iv. 82.

A vessel, ship, boat. ఓడ. యానాం yānām. [Tel. from యానము.] n. The sea beach; also called యానాందరి. Hence, the town of Yanam in the Godavery district is so named.

(p. 1064) ratamu ratamu. [Skt.] n. Coition, copulation. adj. Intent on, actively occupied or engaged in. ఆసక్తము. ఇచ్ఛగల. రతి rati. n. Desire, passion, inclination, attachment, ఆసక్తి. Coition, copulation, సంగమము. The name of the wife of Manmatha, మన్మథునిభార్య. A weight used in weighing diamonds. రవలు పచ్చలు తూచే పడికట్టు. 'సన్నంపు రతిజాతివన్నెపచ్చ లసరంబౌరయానాతినూగారు తీరు.' UH. ii. 55. One twenty-fifth part of a Maund. రతివతి or రతిరాజు rati-pati. n. Manmadha. రతుడు ratuḍu. n. A lover of, enjoyer of, delighter in. ఆసక్తుడు, పాపరతుడు a lover of sin.

(p. 1293) sadassu , సదసు or సదము sadassu. [Skt.] n. An assembly, a meeting. ధర్మజ్ఞసభ, రాజసభ, సభ. సదస్యుడు sadasyuḍu. n. An inspector or director of a sacrifice. కర్మానుష్ఠానమ్యానాధిక విచారకుడు, సదసద్వివేచకుడు. A councillor, the member of an assembly, సభికుడు. A by-stander, spectator, one present. సాక్షి. A. iii. 58.
