Chunam. కారపుసున్నము unslaked lime. సీమసున్నము white chalk. రాతిసున్నము stonelime. గుల్లసున్నము lime made of small shells. పాలసున్నము fine lime. సున్నముకొట్టు or సున్నముపూయు to white-wash. సున్నపుకాయ a small box in which lime, which is used with betel, is kept. వాడు చచ్చి సున్నమైనాడు he was in dreadful trouble. వాణ్ని సున్నానికి ఎముక లేకుండా కొట్టినారు they broke all his bones. సున్ని sunni. n. Delicate, susceptible. రవంతైనను హెచ్చిగా తగ్గినా తాళని. మీ దేహము నిండా సున్నితము, మోటదేహముకాదు your constitution is easily affected, it is not tough. రోగులశరీరము మహా సున్నితముగానుండును sick persons are easily affected by any thing. n. (p. 1374) svatantramu sva-tantramu. [Skt.] adj. Independent, not subject to any other's will, free, uncontrolled, head-strong, despotic, యథేచ్ఛమైన. విచ్చలవిడిగా నుండే, పరతంత్రముకాని, పరాధీనముకాని. 'స్వతంత్ర సంచారియై.' M. XV. ii. 64. n. Independence, freedom, స్వేచ్ఛ. Hereditary right; a right. హక్కు. ఇది యేమి స్వతంత్రము you take liberties. స్వతంత్రనాడులు independent nerves. స్వతంత్రకండరములు involuntary muscles. స్వతంత్రించు sva-tantriu-ṭsu. v. n. To do any thing out of one's own head, or, on one's own responsibility, to act for oneself. ఆయన ఆజ్ఞ ప్రకారము చేసినాను గాని నేను స్వతంత్రింపలేదు I did this according to his orders, not independently of him. స్వతంత్రుడు sva-tantruḍu. n. One who is his own master, one who is independent. స్వచ్ఛందుడు, తన మనసు వచ్చినట్టు నడిచేవాడు, ప్రాప్తవ్యవహార దశగలవాడు. స్వతంత్రురాలు sva-tantru-r-ālu. n. A woman who is her own mistress. ఒకరికి అడగియుండునిది.

'స్వదేశస్థుడు a fellow countryman, a native, మనదేశపువాడు. స్వధర్మము one's own particular duty, a natural or peculiar characteristic, a peculiarity. తాను చేయవలసినకార్యము, స్వభావము. స్వధర్మత్యాగము apostacy, abandonment of caste or faith, జాతిభ్రంశము. స్వబుద్ధి one's own desire, wish, or will. స్వబుద్ధిగా or స్వబుద్ధిచేత voluntarily, of one's own accord. స్వవశీకృతము taken into his own hands. తన స్వాధీనము చేసుకోబడ్డ. స్వశక్తి one's own power. తన సామర్థ్యము, వానికి స్వశక్తిలేదు he has no power of his own, or in himself. స్వాధికారము one's own right or title, dominion, తన అధికారము, తన ప్రభుత్వము. స్వాధిక్యము self importance, pride, arrogance, తన గొప్పతనము, గర్వము, స్వాధిష్ఠానము the second of the six regions of the human body, the upper part of the abdomen. చక్రవిశేషము.
