To exceed, transgress, pass, excel, అతిశయించు, కడచు, అతిక్రమించు. ఇడు మీరిసపడుచు a grown up girl. మీరిన్ excessively, extremely. రూఢిమీర certainly. సొగసుమీర prettily. చ నువుమీర affectionately. బాగుమీరంగ healthfully, cheerfully, i.e., well. బాళి మీరంగ sorrowfully. Silence, taciturnity. మాట్లాడక ఉండడము. విభూషణం మౌనమపండితానాం silence does credit to the ignorant. మౌనంసర్వార్థసాధనం silence will conquer every difficulty. మౌనవృత్తి mauna-vritti. n. Silence, the state of being silent, నోరుమూసికొని యుండడము. మౌని mauni. n. A hermit, recluse, ascetic, మౌనముగలవాడు, ముని, సన్యాసి.

(p. 943) maḍaka maḍaka. [Tel.] n. A plough with bulocks complete. నాగటికి ఎడ్లను పూన్చిన యరక, అరక, ఏరు. A folding, a fold, మడువు. A promontory of land, ఏటిమలకసందు. వానికి నాలుగు మడకలు సాగుచున్నవి he has four ploughs in use. రెండుమడకలనేల as much land as requires two ploughs. మడకలు కట్టినతర్వాత after he yoked the cattle to his ploughs. మడకలువిప్పినారు they loosed the cattle from the plough.

An expedient, ఉపాయము. దీనికొక మందు చెప్పెదను I will tell you a device for this. Poison, విషము. Gunpowder, తుపాకి మందు. A rarity, a scarce thing. ఇంట్లో బియ్యము మందుకైనా లేవు there is no rice to be had for love or money. మంచివానికి మాట్లాడనిదేమందు if you are silent towards a good man it is a punishment to him. నీలిమందు indigo. నల్లమందు opium. మందుభాయీ or నల్లమందుభాయీ an opium eater. వలపుమందు or పెట్టుమందు love powder. మందుకాటుక eye salve. మందుపెట్టు to drug, to infatuate a person by administering to him or her a love powder, to poison. మనోవ్యాధికి మందులేదు there is no cure for the heart-ache. దానిమందు వాని తలకెక్కినది the love powder administered by her has turned his head. adj. Impossible, దుర్లభము. 'కూడుదానగల్గెనేని కూరగుటమందు.' ఆము. iv. మందుపట్టడ mandu-paṭṭaḍa. n. A place where fireworks are prepared. బాణసంచుచేసెడుశాల. మందుమల mandu-mala. n. A hill on which drugs are found, an epithet applied to a hill called ద్రోణము. మందులమారి mandula-māri. n. One who administers love powders. మందాకు mand-aku. n. A medicinal herb. ఓషధి. 'కోటబంగారుగా జేయుకొరుకుమున్ను బ్రహ్మపిడిచిన మందాకు పసరవంగ.' A. ii. 8. మందులవాడు mandula-vāḍu. n. A druggist

Appertaining to the Moochee caste, who are generally painters, bookbinders, paper cutters, makers of saddles, toys, trunks, &c. చర్మకారసంబంధమైన. ముచ్చెకర్ర muchchekarra. n. A spongy wood, Erythrina indica. బాడిదెచెక్క. Rox. iii. 249. It is so called because much used by Moochees or cabinet-makers. ముచ్చెపని muchche-pani. n. Lacquer work. ముచ్చెపెట్టె muchche-peṭṭe. n. A lacquered box. ముచ్చెబంగారము or ముచ్చిబంగారము muchche-bangāramu. n. Tinsel. కాకి బంగారు, ఇత్తడిలోభేదము. ముచ్చెవాడు muchche-vāḍu. n. A man of the ముచ్చె caste, చర్మకారుడు.
